To get coverage, you must charge your monthly Eligible Cellular Wireless Telephone bill to your HSBC Elite credit card. You are eligible for coverage the first day of the calendar month following the payment of your Eligible Cellular Wireless Telephone bill to your HSBC Elite credit card. A $50 deductible per loss will apply. A maximum pay of $1,000 per 12 months. Coverage is limited to two claims per 12 month period. 

How to file a claim:

1. To initiate a claim, go to www.mycardbenefits.com or call 1-800-Mastercard.
2. You must report the claim within 90 days of the loss, or as soon as reasonably possible.
